Very weak Internet, the room was smelling very bad and the floor was dirty. People came from out side and stood talking and yelling next my door until 3 in the morning . The price was good ok but was not worth at all.

Pros: 1. The shower was excellent. Cons: 1. The Wi-Fi did not work. 2. The tv did not work. 3. A parking attendant hit our car with the door of another guest's car while we were checking in. 4. We were initially given a room with one bed when we had booked for 4 people with 3 beds. We had to go back to the desk and get another room. 5. There was one towel in the room for 4 people, so we had to call and request the additional towels needed. 6. The desk in the room was broken and falling apart. 7. The bed sheet had paint splatters on it. 8. The restaurant attendant did not smile one time while waiting on us. Don't stay here unless you have no other options.

Nice location, but....
The hotel is in a nice location, but the hotel is not so nice as it looks like. In general it's ok. The main situation was the hotel made an improper collection/charging for a consumption that I have not consumed. The room had a poor cleaning conditions.

The hotel is located in the central part of town. At night the area is abandoned. However can find a place to eat within 1.5 miles to eat until 1 in the morning that has a decent buffet. When I arrived at the hotel, took about an hr before they finally got me checked in . kept telling me that they did not have my reservation and to call expedia. call expedia from Brazil? long story short, after calling expedia and being on hold for over 30 minutes the hotel finally found my reservation.The searched my reservation using my first and middle name from my passport instead of searching using my last name. DUH!!!!! Then on top of that, I had several pieces of luggage and when it was time for me to walk to the elevator it was obvious that I was having problems with carrying my bags, The porter stood at the front desk and just looked at me . Did not offer to help at all. The room was clean and comfortable . The hotel also includes a exercise room with a space just outside of it on the 8th floor which offers a nice balcony to relax with a nice view over looking the area. Be aware! the hotels listing states they have a managers reception each day. This is false, They do not. When I asked they told me not there perhaps at another partner hotel. I told them that they should take it out of the listing then because it misleads guest. Overall, good value for the price. used uber to arrive from airport. about 7 dollars.

It´s a regular hotel, with good location but poor room cleanliness. I found plenty of hair inside the toilet, and though the sheets were clean, the bedspread was grubby. On the other hand, the breakfast is very good.

Mudamos de quarto 3 Vezes , Um quarto estava com água quente não funcionando o outro estava mofado e com o ar quebrado, minha alergia atacou aí o recepcionista que nós atendeu super bem , chegou outros quartos e viu também que outros estavam mofados , Aí eles nos encaminhou para outro Hotel da Rede , fui dormir super tarde até resolver esse problema, quero meu dinheiro de volta

O banheiro não tem janela e nem exaustor para ventilar .. janela do corredor nao abre... móveis do quarto como cabeceira e porta cortina com cupim caindo na cama.... Fio do frigobar com emenda faltando fita isolante.Estacionameto longe com manobrista, por isso a demora de pegar o carro...porém deveria liberar o dono de ir buscar .maior flexibilidade no check in.

Nao entrega o que promete.
Peguei o quarto para fumantes, e quando cheguei o mesmo naobera aceito fumantes e fui informado que se fumasse no quarto pagaria o valor de 2 diarias a mais como multa. Quarto muito pequeno e banheiro dependendo se dor uma pessoa acima do peso nao consegue usalo pois o box é minusculo.

Não é uma boa opção para viagens acima de 3 dias!
Tive problemas na chegada onde infelizmente por chegar muito cedo não consegui guardar minha mala no quarto pois a recepcionista queria me cobrar uma diária cheia, concordei em pagar somente o café da manhã, de muito boa qualidade, quarto bem espaçoso, cama confortável, travesseiros muito desconfortáveis, chuveiro maravilhoso, talvez a melhor parte do hotel, internet de péssima qualidade, velocidade pior que internet discado tive que usar minha internet do celular até mesmo para trabalhar, academia com poucos ou quase nada de equipamentos funcionando e no meu checkout é a primeira vez que reservo um hotel pela hotéis.com onde não recebo a minha NFS-e da hospedagem, e preciso apresentar o documento fiscal para solicitar o reembolso para minha empresa, não tenho intenção de voltar para este hotel novamente quando estiver em Goiânia!
