Excelente localização, quarto amplo, arejado, porém precisa de manutenção. Lençol estava rasgado, cobertor usado e guardado no saquinho, almofadas sem troca de capas com cheiro ruim, traças pelo quarto, controles (ar e tv) em péssimo estado, café da manhã sem reposição antes do final do horário em pleno domingo, não tinha talher, não tinha ovo e as demais opções já tinham acabado ou estavam no final. Atendimento da recepção sempre ótimo.

Lamentáveis as condições atuais desse hotel. Já havia estado nesse hotel vários anos atrás, tempo em que a qualidade dos serviços que presenciei foi absolutamente superior (e foi essa lembrança que levou-me a fazer a reserva). O que encontramos agora foi um hotel decadente, com instalações com necessidade de higiene, equipamentos velhos e faltando manutenção, a exemplo dos elevadores, quarto sujo, roupas de cama com manchas, surradas, com furos nos lençóis, banheiro igualmente sujo com banheira toda manchada; tanto que pedimos para trocar de quarto, mas a realidade dos novos aposentos não se apresentou muito diferente. Uma pena, porque o hotel está instalado em excelente localização. Café da manhã, simples, mas suficiente se você estiver somente de passagem.

Sempre fiquei neste hotel, mais foi a pior de todas, quarto barulhento , cheiro de mofo, ar condicionado barulhento, iluminação queimada só algumas lâmpadas funcionava, pedi pra colocar meu carro no estacionamento e deixaram na rua, quando fui pegar algo nele tava no sol e com vaga dentro do estacionamento. Pedi pra me mudarem de quarto e custaram fazer isso alegando q não tinha mais quarto e nem camareira, por conta do cheiro do mofo e barulho a campainha do elevador. Hoje eu não recomendo ninguém ir pra lá estão em falência isso sim tudo uma zona lá vou ter de usar outro hotel quando estiver na cidade.
