Needs more lights and a better set up

Strange set up - rooms are dark and the hotel has a strong smell of cigarettes. The resultante puts all red wines in a very cold refrigerator - I mean expensive wine.

Viagem de aniversário de casamento.

Infelizmente, o final foi decepcionante. Quando o carro foi tirado do estacionamento, nao me foi mostrado a batida no reto/coluna trazeira do carro. Sai para abastecer para nosso retorno quando fui acompanhar o abastecimento, percebi o ocorrido. Retornei ao hotel, informei com foto e eles também documentaram com fotos. Disseram ver se conseguiam ver o ocorrido pelas câmeras para depois me dar a solução. Check-in muito bem atendido, quarto maravilhoso, limpo, cama muito boa, lençóis maravilhosos, café da manhã farto! Prestadores muito atenciosos. Lástima o problema ocorrido!
