"This place was great!!! Cannot say enough good things about the staff, spirally the night staff excellent hosts; friendly accommodating, knowledgeable, over-the-top service quality.
We arrive at 9:01pm. The desk lady was very helpful. She said, “you just missed cookie hour. But she may still have some out there.” So I went back to the kitchen and asked if there were still cookies available. The lady asked what kind I liked. I told her and then said my wife and grandchildren might like a cookie too. She loaded me up with enough for everybody in our family. She was so gracious. And that’s and example of how every single person on the staff acted. They we outstanding. Bent over backwards to please. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and convenient. The entire hotel was clean and welcoming. We saw housekeeping staff constantly working to make this property look and feel great. They succeeded!!!"
