"The room was very clean and up to date. Great view out the sliding glass door. The person in reception called the parking lot a street so I was a little confused. She needs to be taught the difference between a street and a parking lot so she does not confuse customers. I didn't spend much time on the balcony. I think it was in good shape. We had a microwave and frig that worked. My main complaint is the pool was not heated and the hot tub was also cold. If the hot tub had been hot then I wouldn't have minded a cold pool. My granddaughters still swam and had a good time anyway. I wanted to get a good swim in but the water was just too cold for my old bones. I have to say that it was a great deal for the money."
