"We were initially concerned about the parking situation and the staff wasn’t very helpful but there was an immediate shift change and the new staff was extremely helpful. Once we found the deck and figured out how to pay, parking was good for a major city. Location was great for us!"

"Hotel comfortable and clean, close and easy walk to go downtown, the waterfront promenade is across the road. Grocery and Food Hall nearby. Only negative was the room doors close hard and students don't know how to turn a knob. "
