"We were told when we went to check in that the private owners of the 2 rooms we booked should have emailed us a code for a lock box so we could retrieve a key to get into the rooms.They hadn’t even told us what rooms were allocated let alone a code. The hotel staff rang the owners for us and we were given the codes for each room.One eventually worked but the other didn’t. When we rang the owners again we were given another code which also did not work. Finally they said look for the key under the mat at the front door. It was there. Very poor communication by the owners and would never use them again. Thank goodness the hotel bar staff were able to help us."
