"Property advertised was not the property we got. Paid for a three bedroom penthouse and got a two bedroom non penthouse. Advertised Address on expedia in in jersey city and phone number for contact on expedia is incorrect. Although Gary was very nice and helpfull the listing of property and what was paid for was was not the same whether expedia miss listing or not idk. The room was still nice just wasn't what i paid for on expedia

"The Holland may not look like much but it was a hidden gem for us. Henry at the desk was wonderful at check in. The room was exceedingly quiet despite facing a very busy street. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was absolutely the cleanest hotel bathroom I've ever had (in the US at least). It was conveniently located for our plans (Metlife one night then NYC the next a.m.). Well stovked vending machine, free parking, AND noon check out. The only place I'd ding our stay was breakfast...pastry items (muffins and croissant) were very stale so we threw them out and ate at BK next door."
"It was a great location. Clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The bus was a little walk for pickup, a longer walk on return. All down hill I had the family pick me up after the first night. Wish they had a better selection for breakfast. Free parking was great as well. Very friendly staff, very helpful. I just wish i could have gotten a better rate for the second night. (Friday night was higher. I looked at a lot of properties and i think this was the best. We had three rooms and we all loved our stay and how we could get into the city easily. Would highly recommend this property."
