"I wish I had more time to stay at the cowboy cabin. Super cute place. Host was extremely responsive to my messages. I had a yummy dinner at a mexican restaurant the host recommended. Close to Capitol Reef."

Motel Torrey

Motel Torrey

10/10 Excellent
"We loved Motel Torrey! We were so pleasantly surprised at the ease of the self check in after another experience that was terrible. We were also very surprised at how amazing the room was! SO clean, very well stocked and so very quiet. The colorful chairs on the porch were a very nice touch too. We would absolutely stay there again!"

"Over all it was the best place we stayed in Utah, The room was spacious and so comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on our outside private patio. The property was lovely, we sat on the deck chairs overlooking the mountains and watched the full moon come up. Very special place would highly recommend. Oops forgot to mention the delicious breakfast."

Casitas at Capitol Reef

Casitas at Capitol Reef

8/10 Good
"It was self check in, but I did talk to someone by phone. They provided the access code to get in the room. The WiFi in that area is spotty, so I didn’t get the code while in the park. The room served its purpose. The bed was a little soft, but clean and comfortable enough. The floor is soft and uneven in spots. The bathroom was clean, but smelled a little like mildew. It was nice having a kitchenette. The location is great if you are visiting Capital Reef."

"Our room was clean and comfortable. It is located in the heart of the small town of Torrey. A convenience store and laundromat are part of the complex. Large cottonwood trees provide shade if you are traveling in hot weather. There are two floors but no elevator."

Cougar Ridge Resort

Cougar Ridge Resort

10/10 Excellent
"This is a beautiful property- serene with a magnificent view and all the amenities you could need. The personal attention you get from the welcome to the thoughtful things done in the rooms and around the property make it a clear choice in my opinion. We loved the animals to visit, the hot tub after a long day, the comfy bed and well appointed spotless room. The attention to details was noticed. Our only regret was we were just passing thru for 1 night. The continental breakfast had many choices and they have free laundry facilities. We will be back and look forward to trying the restaurant that is coming soon!"
