The air conditioning cooled the room but the curtain wouldn’t stay down so I had to move a chair by the window to keep the curtain from flying up. There was also a strong cologne/perfume smell."

"Took almost an hour for someone to come up to the check in desk. Got to the room and asked if I can change rooms. They lied about hotel being sold out. I know because they turned away a couple for being underaged and they were in line before me. And they gave the me the room they were gonna give them. And another worker mentioned in front of that laundry needs to be done better because blankets are stained. Room clean was not done. Seen a roach on the night stand. Was going to record but it ran away into the wall so fast. "
