"Good place for stay"

"We only stayed one night Very impressed with the rooms and the casino The only problem we encountered was not the availability to have a nice breakfast. we did have dinner at the Willows and we all were very impressed with the menu and the dinner was outstanding"

"We spent the evening and it was Great! Staff was so friendly and professional. When the morning staff saw my wife in her wedding dress they all stopped to say Congratulations! That started off her day, well! Thanks! "

"Our 3 day stay at the Inn was excellent. We stayed in a Loft room and as long as you don’t mind navigating going down the stairs at night if you need the bathroom, the Loft is great. The upstairs has a nice amount of space and a tv for bedtime watching. There’s ample light and plugins and usb on both sides of the king size bed. There’s a dresser and place to hang clothes. Also a fan which we didn’t need because the AC was very good even upstairs. We brought a couple of bathroom night lights to plug in and a stopper for bathroom door. The downstairs living room with pull out queen couch was small but comfortable with a large new LG tv. Also refrigerator and storage. No freezer in small refrigerator. Plenty of light coming in the doomer window and main windows. There are loft rooms facing front parking lot and back cottages. Facing front was not a problem as we heard very little noise only a tiny bit in morning when people were leaving or walking out and we are sensitive to noise so we would have noticed if any noise was bothersome. Good news about amenities and staff: 1. Breakfast by American hotel standards was very good with an excellent selection-eggs, bagels,toast, yogurt, cereal oatmeal, apples and bananas, good hot coffee. And we can judge because we’ve had incredible breakfasts in Europe and not so incredible.Rocio, the woman who manages the breakfast room is outstanding, she really cares about her guests having a great breakfast experience. The room also was spotless."

"The hotel is right by the beach, and there are a couple of good restaurants a short walk away. But other than that, we had a very poor experience here. The room seemed updated but carpet was dirty. We noticed several ants. No elevators. AC made loud noises randomly, so we had to just keep it off during the night. The worst part of the stay was the extremely noisy environment - starting as early as 5-6 am in the morning. There were loud metal-like banging noises, violent door closing sounds, seemingly from hotel staff, along with people talking loudly. Then there were very loud construction-like sounds. Road noise was there as an add-on as well. It was just a horrible experience. We brought up the noise issue to the hotel staff as well, but the lady at the front desk blamed it on the restaurant next door, which clearly was not the sole source of the issue. If the area has construction or any other noise sources (like the restaurant), the hotel web site or reservation system should clearly state so to let the traveller(s) make an informed decision on their stay. We had hoped to extend our stay at the hotel at the time of check-in, but we decided against it because of our experience. Never plan to stay here again. "

"Afternoon check-in receptionist was very confusing to me explaining how i was being charged . Other than that room was very clean , roomy with microwave and Mini frig.Pool was heated to perfection and hot tub also. Breakfast was Basic , breakfast room very clean and organized. Hot coffee ran out at 8:30 .Had some in room. Do want to do a shout out to the Morning receptionist JANETTE super Sweet and Knowledgeable ."

"Overall 4.8 stars. The minor deductions are for noise. The room (110), A/C unit is a little noisy. The bathroom fan is louder than a home fan. Neither of these kept us awake or from enjoying our stay. The young lady on the evening shift (9pm) was super nice and helpful when we checked in. Room was clean and comfortable. There was a slight odor of cigarette smoke on the pillow cases. I’m very sensitive to cigarette smoke. Most people might not pick it up. I would stay again. "
