8/10 Very good! (46,394 reviews)
Our room was old, no fridge, sheets were torn. Guest in the lobby were rude and not helpful at all. Our flight was delayed and we called the hotel to let them know that we were going to arrive after midnight and no one could help us, We were rudely told to check in on the website, but since it was after midnight we couldn't check in. The lady at the lobby told us that Expedia was a 3rd party provider and that they could not help us. It seems like they give Expedia (3rd party reservations) guest the worst rooms. 😕

9/10 Wonderful! (8,821 reviews)
The hotel is nice and the service was great! The only issue we had was the tvs worked halfway. We had to move rooms because it didn’t work at all. The second room we had it worked decently. The WiFi never worked due to construction going on. The location was excellent. It was less than 2 miles from everywhere we visited. The breakfast is way overpriced. We opted to go to nearby restaurants for better quality food.

8.8/10 Excellent! (14,979 reviews)
The rooms were clean some of the food at the restaurants were nice I could only use my drink credits at certain places didn't get to use my $25 drink credits because everywhere I went said they didn't take it. Alot of the simple food spots were over priced tremendously.
