"Very clean. Comfortable. Only ding is yapping dogs in the room next door. Rude for people to leave their dogs. We had ours but we take turns leaving the room so he doesn’t bark. These dogs barked for an hour while we were trying to get to sleep. Management needs to levy a fine on folks who leave their dogs alone in the room. "

"1- Reservation online said what you see is what you pay. I paid $30.00 more than what I saw. There were added fees that were not on the hotels.com website, plus a $50.00 security deposit. We are senior citizens not college kids. I really would like a refund of $30.00.
2-Check in was ok but the guy could have explained the hotel layout and did not. We carried bags around and around for at least 10 minutes to find to Rm 295. The maze of rooms was amazing!
3- WHen we checked in there was no elevator, asked for a 1st floor room w/ king bed and there was none.
4- The room was somewhat dirty, walls and curtains, also the morning coffee situation was great if you only loved decaf. the toilet seat was loose, the safety chain was broken, not there. "
