"The shuttle service was awful. Waited on curb at MAD pickup point for 40 minutes. The bus was 10 minutes late and then we sat for another 10 minutes. The driver was very unfriendly and not the least bit helpful. He drove so fast that bags were flying all over the stowage area hitting the door. He never made an announcement on where next stop was. When we reached Alameda Hotel, everyone got off thinking it was the Barajas Hotel. 1/2 had to rebound because they weren’t staying there. He made no mention of which hotel we were at. He needs to find a different job !"
"We had an evening flight to Madrid, got a rental car for a road trip to Spain and Portugal and this hotel is 10 minutes drive from airport. Hotel is excellent comsidering the price point. Not fancy, but for the price! Free parking, nice and quiet room, decent breakfast (maybe a bit more than ”continental” as it usually is). Not much around but for the purpose, just right!"
