Swimming pool is lovely but having to get up at 8.30am to secure a sunbed is ridiculous, especially as a simple logistical change would solve the problem.

The hotel, rooms and staff was amazing, loved the easy parking in front of hotel. Could have given 6 stars, hope to be back one day."

"Gorgeous surroundings , views and pool. Peaceful. Concierge Celia was fabulous. The breakfast was wonderful as was dinner in the Bistro overlooking the gorgeous grounds. Itâs very isolated, however. You need a car. Extremely difficult to get a taxi back from Pollenca and we werenât warned. The only other retraction was the cement floors. I understand the understated aesthetic of the former monastery, but they were hard, cold and slippery. You got lovely singers as a gift, a beach bag to borrow, champagne in your room upon arrival and lovely chocolates at night. We loved it."
"From the moment we arrived we got greeted in the driveway. The service was superb, property is clean and upkept, plenty of chairs at the pool, and breakfast had lots of options. We loved the atmosphere, calm and relaxing. The view was absolutely gorgeous. The hotel can arrange taxi rides. I plan on coming back and staying longer next time. "Great hotel, great location if a quieter more family friendly trip is your goal! Staff was soo friendly and helpful, even when they couldnât help us, they did everything they could to makeup for it. Very clean hotel, beautiful pools facing the lagoon. Maybe a 5 minute walk to the beach if that! Rooms our a little tight, but most have a balcony."
