"From the time we entered the reception, Sofia was amazing, the restaurant staff and checkout personnel also amazing. Our flight got delayed and thus we arrived later than expected and the hotel offered complimentary breakfast for our stay which helped get our vacation back on track! Our sons shared a room in which the air conditioning was ineffective and it was very b hot. Altho we mentioned it to the staff, nothing was done to rectify the situation."
"The room was clean, but poorly designed. We were in our room and could not use the closet or dresser because the doors don't open because the bed was in the way. Our family members stayed in a different room and had a totally different tv then ours and channels. They had a smart tv, and we had a computer screen. The room was comfortable and we had a great view of the water. No front desk after 6pm and bar closes at 9. I would say it’s good for those who want quiet and relaxation. Cleaning crew was good. We didn't eat the breakfast or try the restaraunt as we were up and going before they opened. Overall it wasn't bad but I thought it would be a lot better based on the instagram page and price of hotel. Still not a bad place though and I would recommend it to my elders. "

"We came back for a second year with our 2 boys and loved our stay yet again. We were given a free upgrade to a superior family mezzanine room which was a fab start to the stay. Our balconies overlooked the harbour, our favourite pool and the mountains behind. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, as it was last year, the pools were always accessible and never overcrowded and the safety of the resort meant we were never worried about the boys (10 and 12) going between beach and pool. The room was ideal for our family. The hotel is situated in the middle of loads of family friendly restaurants all serving delicious food and we were able to rent a car for the day easily, with access to the hotel’s free parking also.
