"It was great once I actually got the apartment I had booked. They tried to fob me off with a much smaller room with no kitchen or washing machine. I decided to complain so actually got the apartment about 2pm the next day. There was a lot of apologies & a plate of delicious treats to compensate but to be honest I was really gutted to waste a whole day. In the end I booked another night just so I got the break I had needed.
So the lesson is make sure you get what you pay for and don’t let them...

"Overall, great low cost / value for money option.
Apartments are on the side of a steep hill over looking Bodrum… amazing views. The villa (2 bed) is separate from the other apartments and at the very top of the property - once you’ve got up the hill there’s another 104 steps to the villa. Just one bathroom in the villa while the 2 bed apts have two bathrooms. The pool area is quite small with just 8 sun loungers - fine for a morning or an afternoon dip and while we were there (early August)...

"We actually had a problem with our Hotels.com booking, but the owners of the property were very kind and accommodating, turning what could have been a very stressful situation into a lovely stay. The rooms were clean, spacious and well kept, and the property and pool were well maintained.
The location is very close to the beach, and right across the dolmus stop that goes into Bodrum, making going into town eay. "

"A small quiet hotel overlooking Gumbet bay. Very friendly welcoming staff.. highlight has to be the breakfast with a view.. and the silence for the first hour of the day... "From the moment we pulled up to this beautiful hotel we were impressed. This Jasmin Residence and Spa is absolutely beautiful and our one bedroom apartment was stunning, spacious, clean, and quiet.
The food at the Marlin restaurant is delicious especially the grilled chicken and the fettuccine Alfredo. Kudos to the chef. The daily breakfast was also a real treat.
I actually love this hotel so much that I decided to cancel my reservations at another hotel in Bodrum and return to this hotel for a couple more nights before I leave Turkey.
I have to take a moment to thank Micit at the front desk for all of his help. He helped us with our Wi-Fi as we had to work while we were there, and he called us taxis whenever we needed one and he was there to answer any questions. Kudos to Micit for a job well done.
The location is just a short taxi ride away from the beautiful Bodrum Marina and all of the amazing shops and a gelato cafe.
If you decide to stay at this beautiful hotel/residence and spa, you will not be disappointed. "

"The location and views from our balcony were incredible! We made a tiny plumbing issue with our original room, but were moved next day to a much nicer one! The food, drinks, and entertainment in this All Inclusive were the average, but we would choose it again for the beautiful layout of the property, easy access to hotel's two private beaches and very friendly and helpful staff."

"I’m not sure if it fully comes through in the pictures but this is a LUXURIOUS resort. The views are stunning, even just from the balcony of our room. The beach lounge area is fantastic. The staff is very attentive and the food was perfect.
While I’m sticking with a 5 star rating, I have a few small areas of improvement:
(1) There are a few flies by the beach and they’re quite annoying and aggressive. They land on you and hover around food. There aren’t a lot of them, but it’s enough to be bothersome.
(2) They offered very thin blankets initially. We had to ask (twice) for a thicker blanket. A thicker blanket option should be the default.
(3) It’s a small thing but the rooms need more hooks. There was no place to hang towels.
Overall, this place is awesome and the value is terrific. "
