The hotel is not in the best neighborhood but has quick access to downtown. The staff is friendly and hotel is clean. It was noisy in the morning.

If you ever stay at Hotel Plaza Catedral, you will have a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly and kind. Your room gets clean every day. If need any towel they will provided to you. The hotel is located at one of the main street of Gomez Palacio Downtown. It is easy for you to walk to the main Plaza and the church.

Muy limpio y conveniente locación, cerca del centro. Personal muy amable y estacionamiento de fácil acceso. Unicamente algo ruidoso afuera por la noche. La única sugerencia es que pusieran cobijas más gruesas para el frío pero fuera de ahí, todo muy bién.

Staff is amazing!! From the front desk, to the servers to the cleaning crew. My only issue, the floors creak loud, the walls are so thin you can’t hear the loud creaking from the room next door, but the staff is quick to accommodate your needs!

Overall the hotel was very good. Centrally locates to most things, easy to walk to a lot of things as well. Staff was very helpful, extremely friendly and welcoming. Room was nice, covered all the basics. The issue I had was it took me two days to finally get some hot water in my room, and only then did it work at my sink. Needless to say I took many very quick, very cold showers.

Pluses - well located, modern, attractive, good parking, friendly staff, rooms are quiet and comfortable, beds typical hard mattresses Negatives - security - our room had an adjoining room - instead of the typical 2-door design, there was only a single door between with the lock set installed to the other side - spent the night concerned that anyone w access (staff or guest) to the adjoining room could walk right into ours (uncomfortable) - the bathroom was very cramped - not an ideal layout. Overall - good spot for a stay on a road-trip - buffet and food service was very good.
