"Everything was bad with that place. The reservation was booked weeks in advance and paid for. When I arrived the place looked nothing like the pictures. The owner said he didn’t do business with Expedia and if I want to stay I need to pay. I decided not to stay. Needless to say that while I was standing there I noticed rodents running around."

"It was a horrified experience with hotels.com, it was a prepaid booking. When i reached to the hotel i came to know that there is no booking in my name. Hotel executive was very rude and told us that there is no booking in my system and we have no rooms available. When i asked that refund my money then, he mistreated and said ask the refund where you have paid. Hotels. com has also not supported. My start of spiritual trip was spoiled in a very bad manner"

"The stay was ok but owner switched the hotel for us and only provided three rooms instead of 4. I need my refund rback as Hotel.com said the hotel has top ratings. But the owner lied and hotel.com did not check if the ratings for the hotel and the owner/staff. They do this periodically I have heard online. "
