"Me and my brother We booked and paid in advance for a room at V Palace / Hotel Vrundavan in Ayodhya via Expedia (booked Sept 15th).
Upon arrival, we were denied the room because the hotel claimed it was unavailable (they cited a Oct 7th booking date).
We were traveling with parents, a child, and an infant, creating a highly stressful situation. The hotel shifted us to a poor quality, unsuitable alternative home stay.
We demand a TOTAL REFUND for the hotel booking due to Expedia's failure to confirm the room, resulting in this unacceptable experience."
