"Some parts of the room were in some rough shape (bathroom door not opening fully because was filled with water, some furniture had a lot of scratches) overall was a good stay, the staff was amazing, the Jacuzzi water was a lot below than the 34 degrees stated on the information board which ended up not being so pleasant as we expected "

"The room had the hot water shut off. The air conditioning vent was missing. Overall the experience of the room was terrible. The floor was filled with paint leftovers. Staff did not even suggested moving rooms."

"Room was super spacious with nice bath tub. Breakfast was great. Location bit far from dining options in town square. Pool is beside car park though i didnt try it myself due to chilly condition. Close to bridge to cross the Minho River into Spain"
