"The staff around the property was excellent, very helpful & very friendly. The breakfast each morning was fantastic. The staff at the front desk & around the property was excellent, helpful and friendly. The only issue we had was the room cleaning staff. We had to keep tracking them down each day for towels & washcloths. The coffee maker didn't work, so we had to track them down to get a new one. Finally it worked. They didn't show up for 3 days. Each day we got back to the room late in the afternoon we walked into our room & it had never been cleaned, beds not made, no new towels, trash cans were full, no replacing paper coffee cups. We basically went to the front desk each day and got all of our new supplies for coffee in the morning. Weird.. Other than the room staff, the rest of the hotel was fantastic and the food down at the restaurant was excellent."
