We stayed in the Creekside rooms which are individual units next to running water, surrounded by lush flora and fauna, with the lovely and constant melody of birds. There are interesting and beautiful jungle trails on property, as well as a gorgeous sister property with a riverside restaurant to visit and enjoy. Sleeping Giant is one of a kind and worth the effort for visitors to travel inland. We chose to spend our three nights on property to fully enjoy the amenities and not venture out on excursions. "The kind, capable, and attentive staff at beautiful Dream Valley resort was the highlight for us. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. We are two couples traveling, and each of our rooms were lovely, very spacious and well appointed. We enjoyed beautiful views of the river, on the spectacular sights and sounds of the birds, and howler monkeys in the surrounding jungle. We even spotted a coati! Dream Valley is conveniently located near the must see ATM cave as well as cave floating opportunities. With two pools and a delicious restaurant on property, Dream Valley offers a relaxing retreat for travelers."

"We loved staying here. The treehouse was fun to stay in, the bed was very comfortable. The shower was nice and hot. Food that they offer is very good. Marcela and the girls were very kind, and gave us lots of information and recommendations. We even got to try a fresh coconut right from the tree. The puppies are cute as well, they often came to visit us in the treehouse in the mornings. Great place, nice and central to lots of things. "
