"I had a really pleasant experience overall, stayed for a week. The hotel itself was in great shape, and I stayed in the North Tower, which has been remodeled—it was modern, very clean, and well-maintained. The staff throughout my stay were friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference. My room was comfortable, especially the bed, which was excellent for a good night’s sleep. I also appreciated how solid the walls were—I never heard any noise from neighboring rooms, which isn’t always the case in hotels. One unexpected highlight was walking around the attached mall area. It was pretty empty during my visit, which actually made for a quiet, relaxing place to explore. The only downsides were that the pool was closed during my stay, and there was no notice about this on either of the hotel’s websites. That was disappointing. I also wish the rooms had smart TVs or an easy way to mirror content from your phone, as that would have made downtime more enjoyable. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and quiet stay with just a couple of areas that could be improved."

"The room was fine. Having a bar with food for supper was great. Paying over $12 for breakfast each was not great. Check out was not great. "

"The room was clean, breakfast was good, but the hallway smelled like someone was smoking something and the smell seeped into our room. I told the person at the front desk but I am not sure if anything was done. Overall, pretty good place."

"This hotel does not give back your deposit after speaking to front desk they said they deposited back in my account when I fact it wasn’t! When called they were NO HELP! And did not give me back my $100. Deposit!!! Don’t go here they suck and are very rude!!"

"Ok, first the good. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. Many choices and very clean facility. The front desk reception was very, very nice. The facility itself was extremely clean. Now the bad. They clearly are "
