"I will not be returning to this property and doubt that I will try another Moxy branded hotel. The rooms are designed for "the hip crowd" apparently. There is no seating in the room other than the bed, there is no place to put clothing other than pegs on the wall, there is one little tray/desk built into the wall to put your belongings and that is it. You could hear EVERYTHING from the hallway and outside (from the 6th floor) resulting in poor sleep. The "front desk" is actually the bar and the staff could care less about customers. No greeting or instructions upon check-in, just here's your room card. Check out was worse. The only words uttered to me that morning was "do you want a receipt?" No inquiry on how the stay was, no good morning, no safe travels. When friends visited us, the only drink made correct at the bar was the glass of wine that was poured. Parking in the wide open parking lot was overpriced. As you walk in the back door, there is a scent machine spraying some kind of mist. I would not recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay."

"This hotel was nice 20 years ago, but it is really showing it's age. The AC did not work in the room I was given. I let the front desk person know, but it was not dealt with and I was not offered a different room. The hotel is pretty clean, but it is starting to fall apart in places. I could have overlooked some of this, but I was informed on checkout of the $50 fee to park there, which is ridiculous. I could see paying that at the Four Seasons, but this is definitely not the Four Seasons."

"Add shower floor grip matts. I took a bad fall and now theres bruises on my back hip. I am happy too share them because they look exactly like track marks. Godbless"
