I paid for the onsite parking, 49.5gbp per night, but can’t been guaranteed there would be a space reserved for you. But I had to pay for it. And nobody told me I need to pay for it when I was parking, only knew it when checked out. Totally, the management is a bit chaotic, service is not properly as I expected, it’s terrible. I loved this hotel when I stayed here last time. But this time, it was so disappointed. "
