"A really comfortable stay with all the welcome thoughtful touches needed. A kitchenette with SMEG hob, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, microwave fridge and everything you need, coffee pods and even proper milk in the fridge!!! Yes not Ghastly UHT! Everything seemed brand new. Super comfy beds and bedding, ultra modern tech for total control of air con and lighting, enough storage, free stable wifi. Even a laundry room! A shop next to the bar for convenience meals etc. This hotel was a really refreshing change from tired old rooms that are all the same - almost certainly designed by someone with extensive experience of hotels for business and pleasure, and someone who knows that the little things matter a lot. We saw loads of cleaning staff who were super polite and appeared far happier than your average cleaners in hotels, taking pride in their work and engaging with guests. The receptionist we first met was super efficient and friendly, bar staff were hard to distinguish from guests as sat using laptops and not uniformed or badged, but helpful when asked if they were staff who could serve us. Overall a great short stay super clean and comfy and close to many restaurants and bars and uni of course but also very quiet! Perfect. "

"Easy to find, close parking just across the road, people on the front desk were very welcoming and friendly. Room was immaculate, spacious, beds are comfy, wide variety of hot drinks in the room, plugs near both mirrors for hair tools and plugs near both beds for charging phones. Close walk to the Co-op live arena aswell which was ideal"
