"Breakfast goes until 10:00 a.m. At 9:00 a.m., the only food left was bread. The fitness center does not have any equipment that actually works. Things were broken in the room. Not worth staying here."

"Our Family Room could use a little refreshing, but aside from that, our stay was absolutely perfect. The breakfast and lunch kitchen teams were exceptionally kind and attentive, and the reception staff were equally welcoming and professional. I also needed to work during my stay, and the internet connection was excellent — fast, stable, and very reliable, which made a real difference. Food was also diverse and very good. I have stayed in many Novotel properties, particularly across Europe, and this one truly stands out as the best experience I’ve had so far. A special thank you to Ousmane, Safietou, and the lovely lady welcoming guests at the restaurant entrance for their outstanding service and warm hospitality. We will gladly return."

"Overall my stay was good. The staff were polite, the faculty were clean and in good condition, and the food was very good. Unfortunately, the checkout experience was very disappointing. I had an early flight at 7am and arranged a 5am pick. I was waited ovy15min. which already made me worried about missing my flight. Because I was in a rush, I paid what I was told and left. However, as I was about to exit the hotel, security stopped my car and asked me to return to reception. Two staff insisted I had additional charges for tax and food. At this point, I strongly felt I was being overcharged, and the situation became stressful. I didn’t have time to go back in forth correcting them, as my only priority was catching my flight. I told them to charge me my card whatever they believed was necessary so I could leave. The way the situation was handled felt like was being hassled and "
