"The lady at the desk is super helpful! The room was very roomy and had a washing machine which was great. The hotel is close to the bus station, so you can get to Venice very easily! The hotel is kind of dirty. The trash is piled high by the dumpsters. The gate has a code but anyone can open the gate by turning the permanent key (that you also have to do to get out). The free parking was great, the price is super low, so for what we needed it really does deliver. "

They wanted to charge something that they shouldn't, but the manager apologized and put things right (for a difference from Expedia). But for that, I had to write to Lecci in Italian. Die Anmeldung ging unkompliziert und einfach im Büro in der Einkaufsmeile. Freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent haben wir unser Ferienappartement beziehen dürfen.
