"From the moment we arrived at the Grand Hotel Toplice in Lake Bled, we were completely enchanted. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay feel personal, warm, and effortless. Our room was absolutely perfect, and I have to give special mention to the water pressure (a small but very important detail for me!) — it was spot on. The location couldn’t be better — just steps from charming shops, delicious restaurants, and local events. But the crown jewel of our stay? The hotel’s private beach. With bar service, attentive personal butlers, and the best possible access to swim in Lake Bled, it was pure bliss. I have never recommended a hotel more highly in my life. Out of all of our global travels and experiences with Small Luxury Hotels, this one stands at the very top of my list. We will absolutely be returning — the Grand Hotel Toplice has officially become my favorite stay in the world."

"Very nice stay at the DoubleTree Hilton Trieste. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and no noises from outside or neighbors. I did not have their breakfast as there are many cafés and restaurants near by to try. Location is excellent for walking around and sightseeing. The only negative remark would be the parking and valet service. The secure lot is a couple of blocks from hotel and it took up to an hour to get the car from valet, even though we asked for it for a specific time the night before. Other than that, I would definitely stay there again if I'm ever back in Trieste. "
