There is no onsite reception, just a ridiculously complicated online check-in which should remotely open the door. But I couldn't get through the garden gate even. Finally an old lady showed up who did not speak English and I don't speak Italian so we stood around for a good 25 mins before the room ...

It was a great experience! Everyone was extremely friendly and went above and beyond for us. We rented bikes to get around and that was great! I only wish we came in nicer weather so we could take advantage of all the services offered!
