"We didn't stay in the room too much after our original crashout; However, I can say this... I ALWAYS do a quick tear down of the room just to make sure I'm not going to bring back any little critters that have no place in my things! Everything was crisp white for linens and towels, and the rest of the room was clean & hard surfaces were sanitized!
We had just driven 14½ hours straight through - stopping only for fuel and fast meal!!
However, not knowing if we were going to be able to pull off that drive, and stay somewhere along the way, I had NOT booked ahead of time!
What I am MORE THAN HAPPY to PRAISE is the VERY WONDERFUL, KIND, GEM of a LADY who checked us in at the front desk!!!

She 1st helped us with checking the Hotels "BEST RATE"vs one I had pulled up on Expedia... Not only to get the BEST price, but when we visited 2 years ago, I MEANT to book here, BUT accidentally booked the La Quinta 30 min away!🤦♀️
She told me their rate, then I asked here to verify if the Expedia room was the same. It was! It put us in the EXACT ROOM she was looking at. THEN I asked if they had 'Early Check-In' and HALLELUJAH they did!! So, with the money I saved using Expedia, it more than paid for the EARLIEST of early check-in times!!
Shortly thereafter we unloaded, washed upstairs & extremely comfortable nestled into our beds for a good long nap.
Refreshed and renewed before visiting MY AMAZING FAMILY there for a few nights before heading off to Charlotte."
