"Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Food choice is excellent and so well prepared. Yes its noisy at dinner and breakfast but whst do you expect when there so msny families.
Hot location is true ski in/out.
Rooms and generally the hotel is very tired abd could do with a lot of modernising. Wifi signal is awful. We had a family room which is joining rooms. Nice and spacious
Cleaners do a thorough job but we found blood stains on the bedsheets and pillows. Beds are hard but thats typical across Italy.

"Really could do with some coffee/tea making facilities in thr room, like every other hotel on earth has.
Didnt really appreciate the dog barking in the morning.
Also...because of the hard wooden floors, the cleaners moving beds sounded like all hell breaking loose.
Reception staff were really good, but the three younger staff in the restuarant were dreadful. "
