"The traditional bed and breakfast where the host greets you, shows you the room, asks for your breakfast order and makes breakfast. We loved the old charm of the place. The hard beds were perfect for my achy back after a long day of travel (squishy beds are the worst for my back). Kids loved having their own beds. Host was so kind, went above and beyond to make you feel welcome and treated. Thank you for this authentic experience! We loved walking into town, getting food at the grocery store then had a picnic in the new park. Fun, safe, family-friendly area!"

Perfectly located in the beautiful countryside of Northern Ireland and conveniently close (40 minutes) to Belfast International Airport, this B\&B has become my go-to every time I’m in the area. geographically perfect as it is central ulster region. The host, Ann, is simply incredible. Her attention to detail is second to none — she has truly thought of everything to make her guests feel comfortable, welcomed, and completely at home. From the cozy, spotless rooms to the thoughtful personal touches throughout the house, it’s clear that Ann takes great pride in what she does. Every stay feels tailored to the individual. What really stands out is how much more this B&B offers compared to many hotels — especially when you consider the price. It’s competitively priced, but the quality, warmth, and service you receive far exceed most hotel experiences. The breakfast is always a highlight and tailored to what you want, freshly prepared and absolutely delicious — it’s clear that Ann puts real care into every part of the guest experience. A bonus is the copious amount of tea and coffee with the thoughtful biscuits :) I cannot recommend this place highly enough. "Friendly staff, easy check-in, spacious room. Great pizzas in restaurant and good kids menu. I wasnt expecting much for a 3* hotel but ive stayed in 4* hotels i havent liked as much. Would definitely recommend. "
