"My husband and I were extremely happy with Drury Inn & Suites East in Louisville, KY. The hotel was comfortable, quiet and clean. The front desk staff members were very friendly and helpful throughout our 2 night stay. Breakfast was the same menu both mornings but we stayed for only 2 nights. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool and pool area was clean. "

"We were given a room with fresh paint in the restroom which wasn't great to sleep in but we checked in late and I dont think there was another option. Despite that the folks who worked there were great. "

"It's my fault for not realizing the balconies facing the river are also located above the highway. I was not able to sit outside in the night or morning due to the insane traffic noise. Again, my fault for not researching more. Paid a premium rate for the room and couldn't even use it. "

"Food was amazing and staff was and is fantastic! The a/c did not work in our room. Without hesitation they moved us to another room and they were very accommodating. Will stay here again. "

"The room was pretty clean, the only thing was that there was no shower curtain so that was a bit odd. Staff were super welcoming and friendly. "

"Room smelled like cigarettes when we arrived, the hotel charged my card an additional 100 dollars accusing us of smoking in the room. When I called to discuss with the desk they were extremely rude and I told them we never smoked in the room because none of us are smokers and she immediately decided to be rude and hang up on me. Then claimed they have no management on duty and refused to help remedy this situation. Overall the hotel was not very clean we saw ants in a few spots."
