The hotel was well situated with the centre and Train station a short walk away. The breakfast was good and the Room was very spacious even with 3 beds. A lovely hotel and would highly recommend if staying in goslar

Bad service management

We got a room with no hot water. We adressed it to the reception and also at check out. We were told that he - the receptionist - could not give a discount, we should write a mail to the management. So we did, but got the answer that we should have complained, and that everybody that had complained had got a discount on side. We wrote back that we did complain and asked them to re-concider their answer. Know we hear nothing … instead they have fully charged for the room. The room and location was beside that fine. But the feedback we have to rate zero because of this treatment

Das Hotel ist zentrumsnah und hat ein angebundenes Parkhaus. Das Hotel bietet einen kleinen Pool mit Whirlpool und einen guten Saunabereich. Das Personal ist freundlich, die Zimmer ausreichend groß und das Frühstücksangebot war in Ordnung. Allerdings muss ich sagen, dass es das dann schon mit den guten Dingen war. Die Zimmer sind irgendwo in den 80ern stehen geblieben. Flecken an Wänden, im Teppich, Schimmel im Badezimmer, alte Fenster, die beim Öffnen schon halb aus der Angel fallen. Alte Sanitäranlagen, Spülung, Wasserdruck etc. echt schlecht. Staub und Schmutz und ein muffiger Geruch. Die Möbel krin Hingucker (auch alt) und die Matratzen (Federkern) durchgerockt. Neben dem Hotel direkt eine Bahnlinie mit regelmäßigem Schienenverkehr. Schmutzige Teller im Frühstücksraum waren auf 3 von 6 Tellerstapeln. Für den Preis hatten wir def. Besseres erwartet. Wir sind enttäuscht und werden hier nicht wieder übernachten.

Vi havde et dejligt ophold et fint hotel med meget venlig personale, Det eneste som var virkelig irriterende var at man ikke kunne lave en kop kaffe på værelset,jeg har rejse over det meste af verden og næsten alle steder kunne man lave en kop kaffe på værelset det er nok det eneste vi syndes var en dårlig kunde pleje

Die Unterkunft war größtenteils sauber und das Personal freundlich. Die Betten war schon ziemlich durchgelegen und die Wände im Zimmer waren schon abgenutzt. Das Frühstück war gut, mir persönlich fehlten Beschriftungen am Aufschnitt. Was uns sehr gestört hat , war die Bahn direkt neben unserem Flur zum Zimmer. Man hört und spürt diese deutlich. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, war es okay für uns aber wir würden das Hotel nicht nochmal buchen.

Overall a good experience. However it is clear the time post corona is hard: Not enough personnel and some of the ecofriendly initiatives seem to ba a cover-up for saving money (which is understood). An idea: Why not hire a Danish intern during the summer time to assist in the reception/bar area? There seem to be lots of Danes and the idea is that they will be welcomed by a Danish speeking person to tell them about the hotel's facilities (e.g how to book massage etc. in the clinic attached to the hotel) and maybe assist in the bar so opening hours doesn't clash with the dinner servings to the group travellers. We saw how the personnel fought to give us a good experience, so full credit to them. BR.

Stort hotell, svårt att hitta på hotellet. Bara en plats för laddning av elbil, som lätt blir upptagen, så man får förlita sig på offentliga laddplatser i närheten, där man bara får ladda 2 timmar åt gången, så det kan bli ganska omständigt.

Fortræffelig beliggenhed i byen. Hyggeligt ældre hotel med en god atmosfære og mange gode hyggesteder både ude og inde. Vi benyttede os ikke af spa og pool faciliteter fordi byen og området til fulde optog os i de par dage vi besøgte Goslar. Værelset var lille, men ok, rent og ordentligt. Vi kommer helt sikkert gerne igen til denne skønne by og område og vil vil absolut vælge dette hotel igen

Bad service

It is disappointing that the Hotel did not guide os regarfing parking. As we should leave we needed change to pay for parking. And we almost paid 15€ too much for the parking. Luckily we returned to the reception for help to change chash. Only at this time we found out that it was cheaper and we could pay for parking at the hotel. Unnecessarily problems - and we had told that we came by own car when we arrived 😥

Vi boede på et spahotel i Goslar og havde en blandet oplevelse. Morgenmaden var god og klassisk, men hotellet var alt for stort og manglede derfor hygge og charme – det føltes ikke indbydende. Spaområdet var skuffende og levede ikke op til forventningerne. Der var kun plads til én elbil, hvilket var upraktisk. Alt i alt ikke et sted, vi har lyst til at vende tilbage til.

Værelset var ikke noget at råbe hurra for. De sagde at man skulle betale for parkering på gaden så de anbefalede parkeringshuset hvor de kun tog 66 euro for 2 dages parkering.

I think I have stayed at the hotel 10 times - as I can always park my motorbike in their private yard - close to the entrance. In addition, the service is professional and the rooms are always in excellent condition. And it is located approx. 500 meters from Brauhaus Goslar and the square
