Stedet var godt, værelset rent og en dejlig bred og komfortabel seng. Personalet var flinke, men tysk punklighed manglede, vi ventede næsten en time på vores aftensmad, adspurgt sagde de, at de ikke havde glemt os, men efter forespørgslen kom der gang i tingene. Morgenmadsrestauranten skulle åbne kl. 8, men. Der gik 10 minutter, før der. Lev åbnet, og da var alt ikke kommet på plads endnu. Jeg ville gerne anbefale Mein Bergblick, men det er svært, når man ikke føler, at de lever op til en normal standard for service.

The wifi does not work as it is in the mountains. So we did not stay there since we were on a workation and needed functioning wifi. Please refund us our money as we did not stay there due to this issue and had to pay a nearby hotel for the night

Som udgangspunkt er fint hotel. Der var dog en meget træls lugt af opkast på vores værelse som vi bad hotellet fjerne. De forsøgte, men det lykkedes ikke. Morgenmads buffet var fin. WI-FI virkede ikke. Det var hotellet bevidste om, men kunne ikke gøre noget ved det. Da vi checkede ud forsøgte hotellet at opkræve 90 Euro ekstra for 2 børn på værelset, på trods at, at det fremgik af vores reservation, at den pris vi havde bestilt til var for 2 børn og 2 voksne. Efter lidt dialog træk de kravet om de 90 Euro tilbage.

Auswahl in Hotelbar etwas Begrenzt, Ausstattung sauber aber etwas einfach. Gemütlicher Loungebereich sogar mit Kamin, jedoch ist im Hause insgesamt eine sehr einfache, dürftige und ungemütlich/kalte BELEUCHTUNG, welche unbedingt verbessert werden muß! Nicht einladend!

Das Hotel war Mittelpunkt einer regionalen Reise. Das wohl neu geführte Haus lässte keine Wünsche offen. Sehr aufmerksames Personal

Vi ankom hotellet kl 16. Rommet var nylig pusset opp, men det luktede fuktig og gammelt. Hotellet ligger ca 15 km fra Goslar. Vi fikk vite der ikke var mulig å få middag på hotellet og at de forøvrig stengte all betjening kl 20. Dette blev en stor skuffelse. Spesielt tatt navnet på hotellet i betraktning. Vi sjekkede ut igjen kl 17.30 og betalte 80% av prisen. Etter det dro vi til Goslar, fandt et koselig hotel og fikk en god middag. Der bør nok gjøres tydeligere oppmerksom på forholdene på hotellet, så man ikke føler seg lirt
