"Beyond impressed with everything about this hotel. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was warm, comfortable, stylish and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was great, cooked to order with a good selection, the waitress was very polite. Parking was so easy and the location was great, so easy to get to gunwharf quays and the harbour literally a few minutes walk away. Overall great customer service which went above and beyond, offering a value you don’t get with larger chain hotels. Excellent value for money. We will book the same hotel again next time and I definitely recommend this hotel to others."

"Situated conveniently, parking not ideal, staff professional friendly and polite . Room was clean dated but clean. No usb port at all for charging. Hot drink available from reception. It was cheap and clean. "

"The hotel room was very clean and comfortable, the reception staff were excellent and the hotel was in a very good location for access on foot to the historic docks and Gunwharf Quays. Did not eat at hotel or use the bar so cannot comment on these facilities. If you are able to utilise one of the hotel's free parking bays which we did, this is another asset of the hotel."
