Both the waiting staff and chef were excellent at helping with options for a meal excluding my food allergies. Great location with the Tram stops outside to travel through the city. "The hotel is beautiful, very beautifully decorated and the breakfast room is lovely and good food. The staff are all lovely. The only thing was having to enter through the restaurant so if there was a Que, we were asked to wait before we could enter the hotel"
