First impressions - matters. After checking in online, I got a message my room was ready. I tried to check in at 14:40 - to be told that they charge me £20 to release the room before 16:00 hrs (not mentioned in the ’room ready’ message. Comfortable room but we found we were disturbed by noise from the road outside and people above us. Housekeeping missed our room after the first night so we were stuck with a wet floor mat which wasn’t ideal. Probably wouldn’t have bothered booking here if we realised the spa cost 250kr / 500kr (weekend) ...
