Clean and cozy, quiet and beautiful environment. Everything you need is there. You can get coffee and tea all day and there is a possibility to buy snacks and meals which you can heat up in the microwave.

It is located near the botanical garden. It is just a fifteen minute walk to Haga. The personel is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice and clean. You can store your bicycle in the garage. I had a wonderful stay!

My stay here was absolutely wonderful, I definitely hope to stay again! I traveled solo, appreciated the onsite parking, security of the building itself as well as my room. I stayed in the Annika room, small single. It was absolutely perfect for my needs, chair was comfy for study, bed comfy & cozy and I was probably lucky to have 2 windows for cross breeze. In July sunrise was 4:23am so blackout curtains would have been nice but I simply went with it and rose early which I loved. Breakfast was fabulous. And I absolutely loved that the Gothenburg Botanical Garden was a quick easy walk with a lovely café for lunch! Walk towards city for other restaurants was beautiful and probably 15-20 minutes to plenty of options. I’m guessing public transport would have been close due to the botanical garden but I walked everywhere so can’t speak to that.

Excellent staff and very accommodating to all requests. Very nice complimentary breakfast. Quiet neighborhood with no traffic noise and beautiful view from the room. Walking distance to Wallenberg Conference Center and free car parking.

Cozy hotel in Änggården

I enjoyed my stay at Aston Villa! Centrally located yet secluded and cozy. The only annoyance is that the hotel is only 100 meters or so from the hospital helipad. The landing helicopter woke me up one night when I was sleeping with an open window. But if you leave the windows closed this is not a problem.

Small, charming hotel in a rather hidden location

Aston Villa is a small but very charming hotel. The room I stayed in was clean and above decent, albeit perhaps a bit outdated. I really liked the bathroom solution - the shower is fitted behind the bathroom sink, and it "folds out". Clever, indeed! I really liked the breakfast buffet, as well. Many options to choose between. The hotel lies rather hidden, I should say. Navigating through Google maps I thought it'd be located more openly, but it lies on a small hill in the margin of a residential area (villas). I was a bit surprised. All in all, I had a pleasant stay!

Tråkigt utbud av ”billiga” kuvertbröd och juice från koncentrat som smakade besk och lite dålig. Hade uppskattat om det istället fanns en kaffemaskin och löskokta ägg, nu var alla ägg hårdkokta och kalla. Men överlag var allt trevligt och bra.
