The woman at the front desk was so kind explaining everything to me, check in was super easy, breakfast was great, and my room was SO stylish. This was probably the cutest hotel room I’ve stayed in while traveling Europe. It’s extremely close to Liseberg amusement park and Scandinavium. The tram is very close too!

Lovely rooms with many thoughtful touches, such as slipper socks and dressing gowns. Friendly staff, great breakfasts, really beautiful and comfortable rooms. Easy to get to the entertainment areas and museums around Universeeum/Museum of World Culture/Liseberg, and you can walk into town or get the tram just a few minutes away. Lots of great independent restaurants and cafes nearby. I'd absolutely come again if travelling without children.

The location is fantastic—not the busy downtown but close enough to be convenient to get everywhere. Breakfast was awesome. The room— while smaller than expected was clean and the bed super comfy. Fantastic stay, highly recommend!

Loved our stay at the hotel! Beds, bedsheets and duvet was so comfy that I wantet to buy them. Free coffe/tea/water and some sweet snacks 24h, which we loved! The breakfast was lovely, the staff super nice and the location was good. The room was equipped with hairdryer, makeup mirror, dust roller (for clothes) and was overall very good. Only thing I could have wished for was a small fridge in the room to put in some cold drinks, but thats trivial really, and did not affect our happiness at all. I loved that the hotel was not a chain, and it really felt cute and extraordinary. Definitely staying here again!

It is a very cute hotel in downtown Gothenburg, very chic and boutique and easy to access public transportation. If you have a car, this is not a hotel to stay at as well they claimed to have on-site parking. They don’t actually have that many spaces on site and it’s a first come first serve so you have to park in a random parking lot down the street and hope that their spacefor you there. The staff was very nice and very courteous but this is also not a hotel to stay at if you have any mobility issues as they have an elevator. For you there. The staff was very nice and very courteous but this is also not a hotel to stay at if you have any mobility issues as they have a elevator, but it is very tiny and can barely fit one person and their luggage, and they have a lot of stairs to get in and around the hotel, without any handrails, which also makes it very difficult if you are traveling alone and have mobility issues. To be fair we were notified ahead of time that they were not very accessible and could not meet any bathroom accommodation requests, but they did not specify the difficulty in getting around and into the hotel.
