One of the oldest hotel in Gothenburg & we had a good night stay . Very clean room & wonderful breakfast..

In general, Hotel Avalon left us happy and satisfied. Its location is very good, near enough to the train station, and right beside the Salulalleh Market. The hotel has a very nice upper end of 4* feeling to it. The room was a little on the small side, but sufficient for 2 adults. The bathroom was generously sized, and i must call out the generous supply of a Bvlgari hand soap, and a small bottle of Bvlgari hair conditioner. Very family oriented hotel

What a beautiful hotel. Superb location - couple of minutes walk from the central train station. Historic and charming - tasstfully refurbished and maintained. Staff and Sevice same and welcoming. Going the extra mile to make sure we’re comfortable. A wide choice of well made breakfast items. Will go back again !!

It was a super peak period with the Youth Soccer Tournament held at Gothenburg The hotel was very busy. Our room was not cleaned until 5.40 pm Sunday and I have to vacate my room to facilitate the cleaning

Central location. Very clean. Good facilities, kitchenette in separate space even in studio which works well. Friendly helpful staff. If you're a light sleeper some noise from the road below or other doors may travel up, but wasn't a major issue for us. Satisfied overall

5min from the railway station. Great breakfast

Stayed 5 days in Lorensberg Hotel. Clean, convenient and friendly. Highly recommended for business and leisure. Breakfast is fantastic.

Staff are conscientious, helpful and kind. Supermarket is just around the corner. There are nteresting places of interest within walking distance.
