Location was very good. Close to tram, 20 minute walk to central station, access to bikes. Several restaurant options around and good breakfast buffet to start your day. Rooms were quite small and hot but it was some of the hottest weather during that time. Easy to get fresh towels without issue but had to request housekeeping. Hot tub and sauna area very well kept.

Rooms were small even the Family rooms were small for 4 people. Ventilation was an issue, no air flow.

Rooms were size of shoe box, there was no place to store clothing, had to be left in case. Bed adequate but pillows very small and uncomfortable. Not sure how it is a 4 star hotel: The room is so small one can barely move. Shower gel was empty: had to use hand soap. Breakfast options are not suitable for people who avoid breads, except if one likes boxed liquid industrial eggs: I asked for fried eggs - staff refused. The restaurant’s food menu is poor and the the food itself is average at best. I would not stay there again.

Min fru och våra barn bodde på hotellet över en natt, men tyvärr blev vistelsen en mycket obehaglig upplevelse – särskilt på grund av bemötandet i restaurangen. En kvinna som arbetade där, och enligt uppgift var ansvarig, uppträdde på ett sätt som vi uppfattade som direkt ovänligt och oproffsigt. Min fru blev i princip ombedd att lämna restaurangen eftersom vår treåring inte satt helt still – något som borde kunna hanteras med mer förståelse och tålamod, särskilt på ett hotell där barn är välkomna. Istället fick hon ta med sig maten och sitta ute i korridoren. Det är oacceptabelt att behandla gäster, och särskilt barnfamiljer, på det här sättet. Vi kommer tyvärr inte att återvända och kommer även att avråda vänner och bekanta från att besöka detta hotell. Det finns många andra alternativ där man blir bemött med respekt och där barn får vara barn.
