We were disapointed that there was some false advertising in that the description of the hotel says there is a pool and a jacuzzi, which we were looking forward to, however, when we got there it was just the pool that was no heated and not a swimmable temperature with the current sprint weather, so that was a let down. "Came to Barcelona to celebrate my 60th birthday. As soon as we got out of our Taxi a staff member was welcoming us and grabbing our bags. Front desk Ana gave us excellent service. Concierge staff was extremely helpful with our plans for Barcelona. Paul and Isac are the best in giving you the best ideas to see the city. We had a wonderful time and will come back to this hotel."
