"This was our second CitizenM experience. It was nearly identical to our first stay in Boston. The customer service was excellent. The location is perfect. Facilities were good. We’d stay again. You have to not mind that the bathroom sink, toilet and shower is in the room and two people will be jumping over another to get out of bed. "

"Great comfortable stay. Wonderful hotel with great lighting which is usually a problem with hotels. If pushed to give a criticism, the bathrooms could have had deeper shower trays and bigger basins, that’s all. Would definitely stay again!"

"Liked the airport shuttle Room was SO quiet"

"The airport shuttle was excellent - on time, spacious and comfy door-to-door service. We arrived early but still got a room (awesome) and it was super nice. The flooring was warm (floor board look), the bed large and comfy, the suitcase rack large enough for both our bags, room was warm and cosy. Good size desk for writing, making coffee etc. Great wardrobe with extra bedding inside. Trusty coat hangers (not the untrusting clip kind that cannot be removed from the hanging rod). Loved the bathroom with no door - straight to the bedroom area - who needs doors - they are such a nuisance. The shower was cool with its sliding door and big size. Toilet area separate was a bonus. Towels - good size and nice bright white. The whole room was well lit - so many hotels are using dim lighting these days - can't read, can't see to make drinks, can't see to have a shower, put make up on etc. Good size rubbish bins. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment there. Lovely fire place (would be nice to have a seat in front to enjoy this). Lovely and efficient staff. Nice place to have a drink and something to eat. Thank you and highly recommend."

"The property was very clean. We reach the hotel from airport using shuttle which goes every half hour. I appreciate early check in. A room was clean and comfortable and has everything we need. A breakfast was nice. We also went to restaurant for the lunch and for dinner; food and service were great "
