The location was excellent for access to train station, great shopping mall attached, short walk to the Oudegracht area with amazing restaurants and shops. "I was looking for a practical hotel to stay both for work as well to start cycling along the Rhine; Hotel Montfoort is picturesquely located in the historical Montfoort village, on walking distance of the beautiful castle. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, and the accommodation supplies everything you need for a pleasant stay and a good night’s sleep. Highly recommended."

"We were very happy with our stay. The room is cosy, spotless and very functional. The room and check-in worked well, the staff were accommodating and friendly. On-sight parking is available and we were able to park across from our room. We visited family so didn't get the chance to use the restaurant but it looked good. Suggestions for improvement would be: TV instructions in other languages than Dutch, a small heater in the living room or the possibility of lighting the fireplace (it got chilly...
