Absolutely appalling. Receptionist was so rude it almost took my breath away. Rooms tiny, cramped, uncomfortable. Go anywhere else, even if you pay more. It's a pity that you cannot give a negative rating

Before my arrival they charged my credit card and imposed me extra transaction fee while my reservation was flexible, the heater didn,t work properly and room was cold mid-night and even there was no blanket in the room.

This has got to be the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. I would’ve spend the extra money for a different place has I known. It smelled, staff wasn’t available, the “bed” was a sofa that flipped any time one of us leaned to the left and the entire building (including rooms) where in a horrid condition.
