Decent stay but strange check out procedure I’d paid in full for a guest via Expedia but the Hotel refused to honor that booking and instead charged my guests credit card as he booked out. Not too impressive.

El hotel estaba bien, cerca del Barclays center, y muy cerca de muchos restaurantes! Lo único que no me gusto es que en la página online decía que incluye desayuno gratis y no tenia ! También que tenían laundry room y tampoco tenía ! El cuarto es muy pequeño!

Everything was fine except the unbelievably thin walls. Had a noisy neighbor (TV, furniture moving?, loud conversation) and couldnt sleep.

The room was advertised as having a queen bed. It was not. It had a smaller “full” sized bed. The room had only about 1 foot on each side of the bed and was very tiny. There was a patched spot on the wall that someone just slapped spackle on, never sanded it or painted it to match the rest of the room. The bed felt old. The employee at check in was very soft spoken and hard to understand. It hadn’t been disclosed prior there would be an additional charge/deposit collected at check in. Parking is on street only and lacking. Overall it was ok, you get what you pay for.

Very bad lighting, noisy, poor amenities, got one time use tiny soap for the shower, cramped space, poorly placed TV in the room (at the side of the bed). This place should not be referred to as a "hotel".
