"The room was very hot and there is no air conditioning, only a small fan. We also did not have hot water on our last day and had to shower with cold water. "

"The location of the flat is absolutely perfect nearby so many restaurants options , shopping , walking distance from the Villach HBF station. The apartment is in a very good condition, kind of new , kitchen appliances are available, no washing machine though and no AC and it can be very hot. I recommend adding a long mirror and doors stops as doors keep shutting off . One downside is there is a Mexican restaurant in the ground floor and it can be noisy."

"Communication with the house keeper was excellent, very helpful and friendly person. He tried everything to help us and feel us comfortable. The advertisement here on expedia didn’t mention the seperated bathroom which was actually in the hallway, not inside our apartment. The bathroom for 5 people was tiny, but ok. Besides that we had a great stay. "

"Lejligheden var ren og indbydende. Det var tydeligt, at værten havde gjort sig umage for at give os et godt ophold. Køkkenet var meget veludstyret og der var endda en nespressomaskine og kaffekapsler til fri afbenyttelse. Lækker morgenmads-kasse med lokale produkter. Meget venlig og hjælpsom vært."

"We were very impressed with the size, location and comfort of this apartment. Parking was literally at the front door. It was perfectly situated to access the lake and the route to the castle, as well as being close to a grocery store and laundromat. Sasa was a very helpful host and also generous, as she allowed us to stay a bit longer as we had a very late flight out of Ljubljana the same day. The kitchen was well appointed and the towels were soooo large and lovely. I would highly recommend...

"Loved the location as long as you are comfortable walking. Tucked away in a residential area, the hotel provided a breakfast option of delivery to your door or the adjacent hotel has a full breakfast buffet. We opted for the buffet and it did not disappoint. The adjacent hotel had a beautiful garden setting with indoor and outdoor seating options. "

"Brilliant location in Bled, staff were extremely helpful. Rooms were of a good quality with local decor displayed in the rooms and throughout the hotel being a nice touch. Only negative being that the A/C was not the best. I had it on the lowest setting for the entire time throughout my stay and the room temperature was still extremely humid. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be back in the future. "
