Die Unterkunft ist schön und nah an der Ostsee gelegen. Fitness und Schwimmbad sind super, die Saunen haben schöne Ruhebereiche. Allerdings fehlt mir bei 4 Sterne Superior die Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer. Die Dusche in meinem Zimmer wäre für meinen Geschmack etwas überholbedürftig. Insgesamt ist das Hotel aber sehr gut gepflegt und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Ich hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt. Sehr schönes Zimmer, sauber und ausreichend groß. Alles was ich brauchte vorhanden. Ich fand es sehr gut, dass das Zimmer nur alle 2 Tage gemacht wurde. Das Bett kann ich auch mal selbst machen und zu Hause wechsele ich die Handtücher auch nicht täglich! Vor allem fand ich es super, dass mein Zimmer gemacht war, sobald ich vom Frühstück zurück war! Das Frühstück war sehr gut, aber ich habe 1 x das Fischbuffet probiert und das war nicht so der Hit, vor allem preislich völlig überzogen (€ 44,00). Ich würde hier auf jeden Fall wieder übernachten.

Really nice hotel close to the beach (literally a walk of two minutes). Staff is very kind and very helpful. I was staying there for work, but would love to come back for a vacation and use the facilities.

Gefallen hat uns die Strandnähe, Hotel könnte eigene Strandkörbe haben, Ruhe im Haus. Begrüßung war unfreundlich, Wir bekamen einfach den Schlüssel in die Hand. Halbpension mit Essen vom Buffett am Abend geht nicht, Essen unzureichend gekühlt u. Kein Spuckschutz. Nicht gekühlte Nachspeisen, Getränke teilweise warm, Weine. Unfreundliches Bedienpersonal, Getränke laut Karte nicht vorhanden. Hotel ist aus meiner Sicht nur Max. 3 Sterne wert. Ich fühlte mich wie im alten Osten. Somit stimmt das Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Personal muss sich mit der Klassifikation des Hotels identifizieren. Das ist hier nicht der Fall. Werde das Haus nicht weiterempfehlen. Empfang, Reinigung und Service durchweg freundliche Mitarbeiter. Haus in sehr gepflegtem Zustand. Während unserer Anwesenheit wurde in Teilbereichen die Auslegware erneuert, das sogar geräusch- und geruchlos.
