"This hotel is super clean, the staff is incredibly helpful and the rooms are very quaint with the Bradley theme. I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel itself was a 10/10.
I had issues with my parking validation not covering my entire stay and the parking deck is not manned by a person, so I paid the hotel and paid the parking deck. Will contact them shortly about this.
Their restaurant in the lobby was not open Sunday and Monday. There are a lot of places to eat within walking distance of the hotel. I ordered carry out from the rooftop bar one night for dinner. Their menu online was outdated (they had not changed it to match the new seasonal menu they offered- the QR code in the room to scan for the menu leads to the same place) and no one answered the phone at the bar using the number on their website. My burger was dry and burnt. Would not order again. The view is spectacular from this location though. A good place to have a drink.
I would definitely stay here again."
"They got us a free carton of milk for our kid who insists on drinking milk before bed.
Pool was nice and empty. My kid loved it.
Breakfast was good and the pancake maker was delicious and fun to watch.
Not the greatest surrounding hotels nearby but close to the freeway."
"We had another wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. A special thank you to the older gentleman who assisted with breakfast service—he was incredibly kind and made us feel so welcome by chatting with us each morning. His warmth really made our stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel is very pet-friendly, which is something we truly appreciate. This was our second time staying here, and we would happily return again. The bathrooms are modern and updated, and I especially loved the shampoo and soap provided—they're high quality and a nice touch.
Overall, a comfortable, welcoming hotel with excellent service. Highly recommended!"
